Symposium 'Quantum Informatics - 2012'
   The International Conference “Micro- and Nanoelectronics – 2012” (ICMNE-2012) with the Extended Session "Quantum Informatics" (QI-2012) and the Workshop "Silicon-on-Insulator" (SOI-2012) will be held during October 1-5, 2012 at the “Lipki” resort in Zvenigorod, Moscow Region, Russia.

   It continues the series of the International Conferences "ICMNE-2003", "QI-2004", "ICMNE-2005", "QI-2005", "ICMNE-2007", "QI-2007", "ICMNE-2009", and "QI-2009".

Registration & Accomodation

Registration:

    The preliminary registration and the room booking on ICMNE-2012 starts February 2, 2012, and will be closed in September 3, 2012. In order to register for the Conference please fill out an on-line application form at the bottom of this webpage.
    The Conference fee covers full participation in ICMNE-2012, Conference materials for participants, coffee breaks, and a welcome party. A reduced fee is available for students/post-graduate students and includes the abstract book, coffee breaks as well as welcome party. Students should send a letter from their advisor confirming their status during the registration. If a participant intends to take part in the Conference banquet, the Conference fee is enlarged by additional 50 ˆ.
    The registration fee for accompanying persons covers the welcome party and the attendance of the Conference Sessions.

Accommodation:

    The Conference and the Exhibition will be located in the "Lipki" resort. The resort is situated in the best of all the provinces of the Moscow Region. The Institute of Physics and Technology RAS is the official organizer of ICMNE-2012 and will book rooms in the resort. Resort booking is carried on when you fill the on-line REGISTRATION and ACCOMODATION FORM, or send it to the Local Organizing Committee by E-mail, post or by fax. All requests will be treated on the "first come, first served" basis and the availability of the room category will be verified. We strongly recommend all the participants to make the bookings well before September 3, 2012. After this date the rooms' availability can not be guaranteed.
    Cost of the rooms includes three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

    Please note, that the Conference fee by cash is not available.

    The Conference fee for Russian participants should be paid in Russian Rubles to the account specified on the Russian version of this webpage. The same account is applicable for sponsors' contributions in Russian Rubles.

    The room booking at the ICMNE-2012 website is free. The resort payment should be made directly at the "Lipki" resort by cash only (the currency is Russian Rubles). Prepayment is not available.


Passport and Visa

   A foreigner traveling to Russia should have a valid passport (the expire date should be not earlier than 6 months after the date of the visitor's departure from Russia) and an appropriate visa. To get a visa, a visitor has to submit to a Russian Embassy or Consulate an official letter of invitation authorized by the Russian Ministry for Internal Affairs.
   Each participant (and accompanying person) who needs a visa will timely get such a letter if he/she sends a copy of the pages of his/her passport with the photo by e-mail as an attached graphic file (or by fax) and following visa application data: name of his/her organization and full address, present position, the place of birth (city), location (city) of Russian Consulate to which he/she is going to apply for visa. We strongly advise to offer these data to the Organizing Committee by September 1, 2012, at the latest. Please, follow these recommendations and apply for a visa as soon as possible after receiving an original copy of the invitation to ensure that the visa is issued timely.
